Kathleen Aderhold

I hired Kathleen to handle my divorce and child custody case. She was hardly ever in the office, NEVER returned a phone call or responded to an email until you got ugly. Her assistant is rude and hateful: a true lack of professionalism. She was late for EVERY appointment, said she had documents ready... when she didn't, and was completely not a representative to me as to my wants and desires or that of my child. She wanted to do things her way to make more money off of me. After $5k paid to her, I ended up resolving the matter by settling through my ex wife's attorney and having then draw up the papers. She's a complete disappointment to the Judicial system and I would not recommend anyone using her. I'm filing a complaint with the GA Bar Association and I plan to sue to get back all of the money I paid to her.

Hiring Kathleen was the worst decision that me and my wife could have made. She never returns calls , never did anything for us in our custody battle. Missed court dates. Threatened to drop us unless she recieved $5000 , after we had already given her thousands of dollars and only 1 week before we w...ere supposed to go to court. I recommend that if you are in need of an attorney , that you stay very very far away from this lawyer.
