Kathleen Aderhold

I hired Kathleen to handle my divorce and child custody case. She was hardly ever in the office, NEVER returned a phone call or responded to an email until you got ugly. Her assistant is rude and hateful: a true lack of professionalism. She was late for EVERY appointment, said she had documents ready... when she didn't, and was completely not a representative to me as to my wants and desires or that of my child. She wanted to do things her way to make more money off of me. After $5k paid to her, I ended up resolving the matter by settling through my ex wife's attorney and having then draw up the papers. She's a complete disappointment to the Judicial system and I would not recommend anyone using her. I'm filing a complaint with the GA Bar Association and I plan to sue to get back all of the money I paid to her.

Never returns phone calls,emails in a timely manner. Never any timely manner updates on case. i went over 65 days at a times with out updates., always told to be patience and wait. paid $3800 two years ago and every court date has been continued.. i requested almost all of requested records to speed ...up case. and still got charged for it, Never received a bill in 2 years. Just this month office requested either pay bill in full or case would be dropped... after office agreed to payment schedule.
