Kathleen Alderfake is a rip off and doesn’t do anything she says, I hired her for a custody modification and paid her 5k and got maybe $500 dollars worth of things change not including how she lies to the judge and told him that I was refusing to communicate with her and all I did was chase her down ...and every time I called she was never in her office and her secretary was rude and doesn’t have any peoples skills what attorney lies and drops your case in the middle of the case and after she gets all your money... I will advise anyone not to hire this thing because she will speak good things in your ear until she gets your money and after that get ready to play hide and seek with this old hoe because that’s the only thing she’s good at is hiding and lying...

I hired Kathleen to handle my divorce and child custody case. She was hardly ever in the office, NEVER returned a phone call or responded to an email until you got ugly. Her assistant is rude and hateful: a true lack of professionalism. She was late for EVERY appointment, said she had documents ready... when she didn't, and was completely not a representative to me as to my wants and desires or that of my child. She wanted to do things her way to make more money off of me. After $5k paid to her, I ended up resolving the matter by settling through my ex wife's attorney and having then draw up the papers. She's a complete disappointment to the Judicial system and I would not recommend anyone using her. I'm filing a complaint with the GA Bar Association and I plan to sue to get back all of the money I paid to her.
