She is a great public defender, takes her time to discuss the case throughly. Most public defenders dont take the time to get to know you and care, Kathleen does. If i had to pay her in the future if anything happens, she would be my first call.

Ms. Aderhold was assigned to me for my state court case. I did not expect her to do much for me and my case. I was wrong. She and her staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the case. She fought hard on my behalf and got me a way better outcome than I could have ever thought to be possible.

I have not lived in Savannah since high school; I got a girl pregnant my senior year of high school and had already started college when the baby was born. Ms. Aderhold helped me legitimate my daughter while I was still in college and got visitation for me and my family. During college and after, my daughter's mother and family constantly created excuses to keep my daughter away from me.- Ms. Aderhold stopped that. She went to mediation, probate - juvenile & superior courts for me. Last year I gained custody of my 7 year old daughter. My family LOVES Kathleen; my daughter's mother and her family can't stand her. I will always be indebted to her for what she did for me and my family. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Kathleen Aderhold. She represented me for my divorce. She and her staff are wonderful. They were patient with my questions, listened to my concerns, explained the process, explained my options, prepared me for court (they have you watch videos that explant and prepare you for court, mediation, testifying). Kathleen Alderfake is a rip off and doesn’t do anything she says, I hired her for a custody modification and paid her 5k and got maybe $500 dollars worth of things change not including how she lies to the judge and told him that I was refusing to communicate with her and all I did was chase her down and every time I called she was never in her office and her secretary was rude and doesn’t have any peoples skills what attorney lies and drops your case in the middle of the case and after she gets all your money... I will advise anyone not to hire this thing because she will speak good things in your ear until she gets your money and after that get ready to play hide and seek with this old hoe because that’s the only thing she’s good at is hiding and lying...

I hired Kathleen to handle my divorce and child custody case. She was hardly ever in the office, NEVER returned a phone call or responded to an email until you got ugly. Her assistant is rude and hateful: a true lack of professionalism. She was late for EVERY appointment, said she had documents ready when she didn't, and was completely not a representative to me as to my wants and desires or that of my child. She wanted to do things her way to make more money off of me. After $5k paid to her, I ended up resolving the matter by settling through my ex wife's attorney and having then draw up the papers. She's a complete disappointment to the Judicial system and I would not recommend anyone using her. I'm filing a complaint with the GA Bar Association and I plan to sue to get back all of the money I paid to her.

Thru the consult I felt like she really wasn't for me or concerned with what I wanted. Even so, I still hired her. She claims to always be available thru email, but she never returns your messages, nor does the assistant. She drug her feet cause me to miss a deadline. fired!
