Kathleen Aderhold

I hired Kathleen to handle my divorce and child custody case. She was hardly ever in the office, NEVER returned a phone call or responded to an email until you got ugly. Her assistant is rude and hateful: a true lack of professionalism. She was late for EVERY appointment, said she had documents ready... when she didn't, and was completely not a representative to me as to my wants and desires or that of my child. She wanted to do things her way to make more money off of me. After $5k paid to her, I ended up resolving the matter by settling through my ex wife's attorney and having then draw up the papers. She's a complete disappointment to the Judicial system and I would not recommend anyone using her. I'm filing a complaint with the GA Bar Association and I plan to sue to get back all of the money I paid to her.

Ms. Aderhold represented me in a divorce case. I found her to be exceptionally professional, politely but firmly direct, and gifted with an expertise that comes from years of practice. She is exceptionally knowledgeable not simply in the context of knowing the written law, but also in understanding ...and applying the intangibles that are learned from years of courtroom practice. Ms. Aderhold knew when to be aggressive and when to hold back, when patience was in order and when it was opportune to move ahead. She was always available for a meeting and communicated by email when there was something to discuss. She listened to me and inevitably took my thoughts into consideration; in turn, final decisions on issues were mine, but I found her counsel to be balanced and wisely informed. Most important, I have full trust in this attorney. I intend to retain Ms. Aderhold for any future legal problems that may arise.

I highly recommend Kathleen Aderhold. She represented me for my divorce. She and her staff are wonderful. They were patient with my questions, listened to my concerns, explained the process, explained my options, prepared me for court (they have you watch videos that explant and prepare you for cour...t, mediation, testifying). She is very TOUGH in court. She got a good result, and my “ex” hates her! Very professional, thoughtful and through. Highly recommend
