Stay away

Do not hire this woman!! She is impossible to reach and has not even come close to doing the job she was hired and paid for.

Lies under oath

Advised client to use false allegations of kidnapping for sake of avoiding child support (even though no child support was ever requested). Took children by force, video footage is sickening. After being questioned why a kidnapping only involved a civil attorney papers signed weeks prior. First co...urt date swore under oath that she feared real kidnapping but after questioning of why no emergency contacts were made no typical behaviors of someone with kids in actual danger. She later completely right out lied…again under oath to recant previous accusations. Made me pay out of pocket for footage she could’ve and should have gotten herself. Then the footage was damaging to his accusations and decision was made to not submit the footage for fear of prosecution. To wrap it up this was during Covid, she took 3 YEARS from my children’s live from me. The aggressive agreement she put together is almost the standard for someone incarcerated. My children and I are both damaged from this parental alienation to this day. Damaging kids permanently for a pay check. Claiming husband was just met even though known each other for almost a decade. On the day of court she sent a revised agreement two hours prior that changed the entire custody agreement. By excluding holidays, school breaks as custody time. Changed the amount from 30% to 10% and tried to force a settlement to keep her money and avoid court costs.

Client’s Family

Amy does not return calls to family meme era of clients nor does she actually speak to her clients to inform them of what’s going on with their case..my brother has not one time spoke with about his cases. He has only received one letter from her office. The lady who work for Amy super sweet! She sho...uld have been his lawyer she cares. Unfortunately this time I was called told he had court Friday. I took off to be present because of the out come expected but in fact we never had that court date. The office did not call me to in form me of no court nor did Amy inform her client, not that she cares enough too. If you care about your loved ones please don’t hire her.

Liar, Thief, Incompetent

I know that Nicole has never passed the GA Bar. Amy should be disbarred. Scum of the earth. I notice they're out of business now. LMAO

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
