Amy does not return calls to family meme era of clients nor does she actually speak to her clients to inform them of what’s going on with their case..my brother has not one time spoke with about his cases. He has only received one letter from her office. The lady who work for Amy super sweet! She sho...uld have been his lawyer she cares. Unfortunately this time I was called told he had court Friday. I took off to be present because of the out come expected but in fact we never had that court date. The office did not call me to in form me of no court nor did Amy inform her client, not that she cares enough too. If you care about your loved ones please don’t hire her.

MS. Delozier appeared to be interested in helping me in the beginning. She told me that I would pay a flat $2000 fee for her to take my parental modification. It's been two years and haven't heard a word from her. I got a tpo hearing due to my ex making another false allegation and reached out to her... and she wanted to charge me another $750. I asked her what did my $2000 go towards and she has not responded since. I will be reporting this to the bar. Don't trust these lawyers get everything in writing

DO NOT RETAIN AMY DELOZIER. I needed to to a simple contempt order. Either she is slow or needs her law license revoked. She sweated me to pay her the $2000 to handle my case. I paid, she even filed and served the defendant. Then ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Wouldn’t answer phone calls, emails NOTHING. ... A year and a half. I am now at the point of hiring another attorney to handle my case. I won’t stop there though, Georgia Bar is next. She is not legally ethical to hold a law license in Georgia or any state.

The saying goes, "up a creek without a paddle". I was in a very desperate situation. As a last ditch effort we moved to Georgia to save what was left of our money and marriage. Not being from Georgia I had no contacts and not knowing any lawyers here no one would even look at my case unless I could a...t least hand over $5000 to start. Remember I said I was desperate, my ex had become an alcoholic who tortured me every day, without fail from the moment he woke until he passed out. I had been sleeping in another bedroom, doors locked, baseball bate in hand. He had taken all of my money and refused to pay for any house hold bills. Verbally, I think he took pleasure in the way he yelled at me, what came out of his mouth was demonic and loud enough that all the neighbors could hear. The point is I didn't think I could make it another day. He is also bipolar, off his meds. Finally I found a lawyer that felt something for me. She didn't take my case but did recommend someone to me. Coastal Empire Law Group, they told me to come in the next day. I know I cried after I hung up the phone. I know I spent hours in their office that day, I couldn't believe my nightmare was over. They understood everything I had to say, I didn't have a dime to give them, and as far as I could see I wouldn't until I could sell the home, a home I paid for. They got it, I needed protection immediately from him, today not tomorrow.They went to work on my case that day. Even with my ex having mental issues they foresaw and anticipated any problems. When I say they saved my life I am not exaggerating. I hope they can always remain so grounded, a firm that really does place the needs of a client ahead of a check in hand. Thank you!
