When the going gets tough, Rob gets going!
With Rob Cowan, one knows where he/she stands. Rob is professional, straight-forward, and aggressive, as needed, to handle a case in a timely manner. He was able to get my charges dropped by the complaintants prior to court date. He also has good rapport with local officials, which is an asset...
