I hired Jeff after a possession of marijuana case. I was worried sick after the way the police invaded my home and treated me. I called Mr. Wolff and he immediately calmed all my fears. Without ever having to go to court, my amazing lawyer Jeff Wolff got all of the charges dropped! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I hired Jeff Wolff after getting charged with a DUI as well as failure to maintain lane. I did an extensive search for DUI lawyers prior to choosing Mr. Wolff to represent me. I ultimately made my decision based on the fact that Mr. Wolff had previously been a prosecutor of DUI cases for the state. I felt that since he had been a prosecuter he would have extensive knowledge/experience when it came to representing me. Even though my DUI was a misdemeanor, I knew that I did not want it to be on my record permanently. I ultimately decided to take my case to trial, which I won't lie was pretty nerve wrecking. Thanks to Mr. Wolff I was aquitted of all charges!!! I can not express my thanks to him enough, and would recommend him over and over again.

Jeff represented me in a driving offense in Lumpkin County Probate Court. He was able to get the charge reduced to reckless driving with a $1,000 fine and probation with the usual DUI school and community service. The fee was reasonable compared to other quotes from other attorneys. His paralegal, Pam, with her warm British way, is a pleasure to deal with, "Love". With a breathalyzer reading of 1.71, the reduction was almost unbelievable. So, all things considered, Jeff was the right choice. He is personable and down to earth. He seems a good family man who shows compassion and empathy with his clients.

Mr. Wolff represented my son in three felony drug cases. All three cases had best case scenario outcomes because of the representation he provided. My son was facing years in prison and Mr. Wolff was able to get one case thrown out and probation on the other two. In addition, as part of these pleas, he managed to keep my son from being a convicted felon if he completes probation successfully. Mr. Wolff & his assistant, Pam, were attentive, professional and kept us up to date on court dates, pleas, etc. I could not recommend Mr. Wolff more highly. He has given my son a chance to start over and is well worth the money spent.

Having a son attending college and not making the best decisions I am so thankful to have Mr. Wolff and Pamela on our side. Just starting to build a career is so important now more than ever these young adults. Needing to protect what they can showing on their records when looking for employment, continuing his education and becoming a solid members of our society. We have all made mistakes in our lives and most of them we learn from and move on, I pray this is one of these mistakes for my college student.
DUI is not acceptable and does not always involve just drinking but can include prescription medication and illegal drugs which effect the operations of vehicles. My son did not use the best judgment and could have killed someone when taking meds that were given to him by a doctor or purchased on the streets. Stress at school, bills and living on their own are all new to these young adults, in my sons case he will have to find other ways to deal with the stress and he has learned a hard lesson about medicating himself.
Mr. Wolff and Pamela were there for us to help us understand what could happen and other options to consider. Was he dismissed with on consequence? No he was not, nor should he have been. He has a long road ahead of him to hopefully learn from, he will be checked up and given help if is needed making sure he understands the dangers involve with his actions. He will work in the community to give back to the city of Dahlonega.
My son will move on to complete his degree as UNG was the starting point to another university. He will learn from his mistakes or he will end his schooling and spend time in jail, this is his decision to make and he is a smart person.
These young adults to be successful in life have to work long and hard to get to their goals.
Thank You Mr. Wolff and Pamela-for helping ***** to understand his options, to keeping us informed, makings sure he understood, your follow up, follow through, and kind words when needed.

Mr. Wolff was able to get my charges completely dismissed. Mr. Wolff and his paralegal Pam are the first competent people I have met in Dahlonega while going through the legal system, and from the moment I hired them I knew I was in good hands. I would strongly recommend Mr. Wolff to anyone who has been accused of a crime.

I met Mr Wolff when he was recommended to me by a Judge as a defense lawyer for a second DUI charge. I called his office and set an appointment with Pam to meet with Mr Wolff to discuss my case. She set my appointment took my information and made sure I knew everything I needed to bring with me. When I arrived I discussed my case with Mr Wolff told him all of my concerns and history. He didn't make me any promises of out comes. He did promise me to do his best to get me the best outcome possible in my case. He said he would look over my case documentation and get back to me with his recommendation. He called me and told me he thought we had a good chance to win my case as well as maybe reversing my previous case. Pam stayed in contact with me on every change in my case. She advised me of my court dates as they were scheduled and postponed. In the end Mr. Wolff was able to get my charges dismissed totally without going to court. I highly recommend Mr Wolff as an attorney. He and his office are very professional and caring. He has exceptional knowledge of the law and the protocols that must be followed within the laws. I am glad I took the Judge's advice and took the trip to Lumpkin County to meet Mr Wolff. I would like to thank him and his office for all they did for me, as well as for their compassion and courtesy to me.

Mr.Wolff and his staff are very knowledgeable and thourough. He knows his business and the ins and outs of the law. I thought my son was sure to go to jail but Mr.Wolff got charges decreased with probation. We could not have asked for a more human and caring lawyer..I have to mention his assistant Pam ...she is the best and is able to answer questions and or find the answers. I hope I never have to have a lawyer again but Mr. WOLFF would be the one....EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!

Jeffrey Wolff is an excellent attorney. I recently worked with him on a case in which I was used to testify to the issues with the officer's administration of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Mr. Wolfe was extremely knowledgeable and knew the best tactics to handle the case and issues. He spent the necessary time to prepare the case for trial. At trial, he did an excellent job presenting the issues of the case to jury. This resulted in a not guilty verdict for his client.

I was arrested in 2011 for DUI , I didn't know it at the time but I am an Alcohalic and 26 months sober now, this was a multiple offense now for me in Lumpkin and I I had retained a lawyer I had on a previous case and he passed away before we began the hearings, even after I had paid him $2500 which I had basically thrown away if you want to be blunt.
I was a college student and had a friend doing his internship with Mr. Wolff, he told me to come and talk to him immediately.
I came by the the office and was able to meet right away and tell my story. Normally a multiple offender case would cost a great deal more, however because of the situation Mr. Wolff only charged me his standard DUI fee of $3500. I was very nervous the entire time and would call and ask Pam on the situation and she would calm my nerves.
Anyway... Mr Wolff called me and told me he had worked out a plea deal, if I plead guilty of DUI 2nd offense the other would be dropped, the other options of a trial would be very costly. he remained very professional and left the choice up to me however he stated he strongly encouraged this deal.. So I took it, and dealt with all the repercussions of my actions however he was also able to get me less jail time at the court hearing than I should have normally received on such a charge.
This was the best possible outcome for me and I hold him and his practice in a very high regard as I am naturally distrustful of lawyers, but this was not like that in the slightest.
I CANNOT recommend Jeff Wolff enough, if you are charged with any crime and need a lawyer go to him for free consultation if you are looking at potential laws candidates and I promise you will not be dissatisfied with the service and commitment he has to offer.
