Christopher Warren Conowal

Where do I start? I first met Mr. Conowal when I was dating someone who had used him as his divorce attorney. He went to bat for him and did good considering it’s ga and mothers normally end up with full custody. He was able to get him 50/50 with a fair amount of child support though in my opinion a...s a mom who shares custody of my son with his father and does not want not ask for one penny as we are sharing time with our child- it should be standard in ga to not make either parent pay child support when it’s 50/50. It’s not fair to either parent. Anyways. When the mother wanted to move to Cali he initially retained Mr. Conowal then decided to go with a female lawyer. Which in the end did help him with the case but he did not get what he wanted (which worked out best for the kids in the long run). Anyways. I recently retained Mr. Conowal as my attorney to represent me against false theft charges. He has been amazing and knows what he’s talking about. I can’t imagine a better person to have on my side. He is fair and honest and Ruthless. I am thankful I know him.

Our adoption journey began 3 years ago. Mr. Conowal was there every step of the way from Temporary Custody, Permanent Custody, and finally to Adoption. He answered our questions. He drove countless miles. He and Diane truly went the extra mile to help our journey to adoption go as smoothly as pos...sible. Our family is thankful and blessed to have worked with Mr. Conowal.

Chris Conowal was the only reason that I will get to see my kids this Christmas. My wife an I had an argument, she sought assistance from a women's advocacy group who convinced her to trump up a TPO even though no act of family violence occurred. This stripped away my rights unilaterally. I was unabl...e to see my kids, have use of the marital home, they took my guns, and I could not come within 500 yards of her or the home. It made my life miserable for a month. Chris listened to me. He listened to my goals and my desire to save my marriage, in spite of the TPO. He walked the fine line between defending me in court, and not ruining my marriage with a nasty court case. It was impressive to watch. He and his staff were professional and very well prepared. They were like watching a team that had worked together forever. Chris was precise in his craft, and excelled in his lines of questioning and how he positioned his arguments. I could not be more happy with the service that Chris Conowal provided. I would definitely recommend.

Somehow by the grace of god Chris had the ability to settle my divorce in mediation. My attorney, my ex husband and his attorney did not think we would be able to settle, but Chris made it happen. Chris was professional, reasonable and knowledgeable about finances and child custody. He made this long... and challenging process less stressful. I would recommend Chris as a mediator over and over again.
