I hire this practice for the second time because the look professional but they are not honest with you, they don’t even know what the heck they are doing. We went to court and Josh wasn’t even informed of what was happening and the other party had made changes that he was not aware of. If you hire t...his people you will expect quite a bit of issues with payment because they give you an up front fee for a length of time. Then, they let the other party just take their time and stretch it out to obtain more money from you. Then, when you least expect it they send you a bill, after the first bill I spoke to them. But I paid, then we went to court on May 2, 2022, for nothing because not only did we lost the case but also I was charged $840 on June 2, 2022 for court and paperwork, ok so I paid that bill after court, then on July 6, 2022 I receive another invoice for $400 for emails and phone calls, come on people when did I ask you to continue talking to the other party and why did you continue to keep in touch when I lost the case and my child custody. I cannot believe this people. They don’t care about your case or nothing they only care about your money. Now they won’t send me my court final visitation order until I send them the $400 that they unfairly are charging me.
