Scott Brannen

Attorney W. Scott Brannen is an expert in his field, whom I hired to represent a college student, who was wrongfully charged with obstruction of an officer. With astute questioning techniques he unraveled potent evidence that proved to the Court that the defendant in question was undeniably not guilt...y. Based on this approach the presiding Honorable Judge ruled a 'Not-Guilty" in the case. This family is extremely satisfied with his services and recommends him highly. Also, he is a very pleasant and approachable attorney who takes his cases seriously.

At first Mr.Brannen did a great job. Over time, Mr.Brannen completely quit communicating with us all together. On several occasions, we waited well past our designated appointment time only for a member of his staff tell us he was not going to make the appointment. Towards the end, he seemed to have ...completely quit caring about the outcome of the case. His staff is also not what you would call "pleasant" either. We always felt a little uncomfortable there. I have also witnessed one of his employees using profanity, and becoming extremely hostile, borderline threatening towards a client, with other people present.

When looking for an attorney, someone that is thoughtful and understanding was very important to me. I had a civil case that was handled with the utmost respect and sincerity. He has heart but is also a strong ally when it comes to the courtroom. He will fight for you and fight for what's right. He w...orks quickly and diligently to meet deadlines and is very detail oriented. He goes above and beyond what is normally expected of an attorney and for that I am so truly grateful! His actions and support have truly changed my life for the better! I choose to also use him for a house closing as I was tremendously satisfied with his services and his staff. We were on a very tight deadline and I'm happy to say we are the proud owner of our dream home! His actions also caught something that many had overseen in the past, which granted us more property and equity. He could have easily missed it as others have but his attention to detail is phenomenal. If you are needing an attorney, call Scott. At the very least take advantage of his free consultation. You will have a friend for life! I don't take referrals lightly. I have recommended him to many and have heard nothing but great things. Mr. Brannen helped me with my case initially and was ok at the time, and if you'd ask me back then my review would've been different. However, after yesterday's encounter, I would need to definately change that. The appointment was made over a week ago, yet they did not have my case file on site. ...When asked why it wasn't there the general manager, began screaming at my father saying she wasn't going to drive 15 miles for a file, well he just drove over 200 to be here for this appointment. There was a screaming match in the office. She was taunting us saying things like, " ha well he's not going to represent you anyway, ha ha" as if she were two years old. She told us to shut up, told the secretary not to talk to us, and more all while screaming. But she's supposed to be the office manager! The woman and the secretary both were VERY unprofessional. She then lied to Mr Brannen about multiple things to ensure that he wouldn't hear my case. Following this, Mr Brannen proceeds to come get us from the waiting area, however he was VERY rude as well. And when we try to make a complaint about his staff he won't listen. Now, how are you my representation yet won't listen to me? Oh, ok. We sit in his office and he tells us something completely different than what we were told from the beginning regarding the case. I would NOT recommend these people to ANYONE, EVER, under any circumstance! I'm sure they'll delete this review anyway though, but yea.

Scott is hands down an amazing lawyer and an amazing person! I got into some minor trouble in Florida nearly a month before I was leaving the country for the summer. I asked Scott to help and he delivered.. and fast! Scott worked hard on my case and had it all resolved without either of us ever havi...ng to go to Florida. I am forever grateful for what he did for me and would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and caring lawyer to handle a case.
