Chad Trentacosta from the beginning was confident about representing my case and concluding it with with the best results. He was honest, realistic, informative and very professional taking pride in every aspect of a 100% effort and dedication. He was relentless in communicating with the different pa...rties that participated in my case, providing me with the BEST assistance in counseling. He made sure the facts stood out to those parties eliminating any possible artificial info that couldve possibly caused harm. I noticed that he is well respected in the courts even by the opposing parties that within itself indicated a lot and constantly gave me a peace of mind that my case was in the hands of an intelligent and outstanding attorney, despite it being a difficult case to represent. He got right down to what was important and handled each matter accordingly. It was obvious that representing my case to Mr. Trentacosta was more than making money but taking pride in appreciating the ethics of an attorney providing nothing less than the best representation, hence things ending outstandingly and literally effecting my life short term and long term in the most promising way-i was able to keep my job that ive worked so hard for and didn't place any delays throughout this case in attaining my degree in school. I was facing, along with my wife, an ungodly felony offense for check forgery and fraud (along with some other charges we're sure). It should not have involved my spouse, but since it involved her bank account, and a business account as the depositing accounts, we both were implicated. It was for a s...ubstantial amount ($10,000+) and though it was my intent to rectify the deposit before it became an offense, I could not come up with the funds in time. We contacted Attorney Trentacosta based on the prior reviews we had read, with no expectations of this turning out good. It involved a industry known for prosecuting any fraud or criminal enterprise. In the initial stages the bank made some errors (reversals) that we thought would rectify the matter (or at least buy us some time) until we had the opportunity to make the repayment to the organization. This wasn't the case, when two plain-clothes law enforcement officers showed up at our home; it was beyond horrifying. It was such a scary experience that I couldn't open the door, knowing it would result in an arrest. Instead I called Attorney Trentacosta (Chad) who immediately contacted the Sheriff's department and cut a deal directly with them to avoid any arrest or involvement of the court system. We were able to repay the funds, with Chad acting as the intermediary. This was, I assure you with my limited knowledge, unheard of in such a case. We borrowed and begged to come up with the sum of money needed, deposited it into his escrow account, and he made payment to the organization without any recourse. It saved our family and my professional name. This would have surely ruined us as a family and our ability to earn a living. We are still in awe of how fast we have been able to put this matter to rest and have our lives put back on the right course. It is all due, in no short order to Mr. Trentacosta and his knowledge of the law and dedication to his clients. We have no plans to need his services in the future, but plan to recommend to everyone that will listen. We also plan to put him on retainer just to know we have this legal 'beast' on our side will be the type of confidence any individual or business would find invaluable.

I LOVE CHAD TRENTACOSTA!! He is the best Attorney that I have EVER had!! I have not, and will not work with anyone else. He kept me informed every step of the way throughout my cases (even though i bugged him periodiclly with crazy questions..lol..!)... He has worked with me for a long time now and j...ust finished another. He knows the law like the back of his hand; so ask him anything... He calls to check on you... He is beyond efficient... He is available... He is personable (And appropriately funny. I was at ease.)... He has great relationships with other Attorneys/Judges/Clients... I have used him for (3) drug cases; and I am here writing this review. ENOUGH SAID!! He is everything you would expect of an Attorney. We hired Chad in November 2012. We live out of state and my son got in some trouble in Georgia. We had 2 different attorneys go see my son in jail and Chad was the second one that visited him. My husband and I only talked to Chad on the phone and we felt like Chad was the one. My son liked him als...o and Chad made my son feel very comfortable and at ease and felt that he could help him so we hired him. Chad was able to get my son out of jail in just a few days. It was not easy doing this from another state but we relied on Chad and he made it happen. My son was being charged with felony drug charges. We had to wait for court dates and make trips to Georgia. We did a lot of talking on the phone since we did live out of state Chad and Fallon were always there to answer questions and if one of them were busy one of them always called us back. The first court date Chad was not able to make it to court so he sent Fallon another attorney that works for his firm. We did not know until the morning of court that Chad would not be there, we were not too happy but when we got to the courthouse and met Fallon we felt at ease , she was so sweet and very professional and tried to assure us that things would be o.k. That first court date nothing got resolved so we had to come back in a month. When we showed up for the second court date Fallon was there and the judge gave my son probation and first time offenders and he was able to transfer his probation to our hometown. The state we live in would of been misdemeanors for my son's charges. My son is a great young man and unfortunately made a wrong choice. He is working 2 jobs and is a full time college student. Chad and Fallon pushed for probation because they felt my son could get through the probation process. My son has a very busy and expensive few years ahead of him but we know he can get through it. He can one day put this behind him and go on with his life. And we can thank Chad and Fallon that he did not get jail time We are all very thankful for Chad and Fallon and the great job they did to help my son out. We would definitely would recommend Chad and Fallon . My husband and I are so grateful we have our son at home. Thanks Chad and Fallon your the best!!!!!

Chad is awesome and hands down the best lawyer I've ever had. I hired Chad to help me out with an aggravated assault and dui charge. Chad came to Athens on short notice and helped me out tremendously by getting my bail down. He was always there to answer any questions I might of had randomly , and h...e always let me know what was going on with my situation. He managed to get both of my cases dropped in about 2 months time!!I didn't have to worry about a thing. I was so surprised I thought it was a dream. I would highly recommend Chad Trentacosta he exceeded my expectations and was worth every penny.
