I was facing, along with my wife, an ungodly felony offense for check forgery and fraud (along with some other charges we're sure). It should not have involved my spouse, but since it involved her bank account, and a business account as the depositing accounts, we both were implicated. It was for a s...ubstantial amount ($10,000+) and though it was my intent to rectify the deposit before it became an offense, I could not come up with the funds in time. We borrowed and begged to come up with the sum of money needed, deposited it into his escrow account, and he made payment to the organization without any recourse. It saved our family and my professional name. This would have surely ruined us as a family and our ability to earn a living. We are still in awe of how fast we have been able to put this matter to rest and have our lives put back on the right course. It is all due, in no short order to Mr. Trentacosta and his knowledge of the law and dedication to his clients. We have no plans to need his services in the future, but plan to recommend to everyone that will listen. We also plan to put him on retainer just to know we have this legal 'beast' on our side will be the type of confidence any individual or business would find invaluable.
