Words cannot describe how satisfied I was with Chad representing me in my DUI case. I am so glad I picked up the phone and called him. He promptly returned my call and put me at ease. I was facing real dire consequences for my actions that night and Richard got me the best outcome possible. My charge... was reduced to reckless driving,no jail time and I managed to keep my license. Have a case of eluding 4 more minor ticket, Easy I would have gone to jail whit a suspended license and a horrible record ,but everything change since I hire him after my first appearance at court,he tell me not to worry and everything he tell me that was going to happen ,happen same way he say an...d all for good,very experience lawyer, now after court I do 1 month probation pay my bill and my case is closed whit no bad record( like if nothing ever happen) highly recomend Chad, cant thank him enought.

After several calls to multiple attorneys, this is who we chose. Not only was he the least expensive, but the most attentive. He personally asnwered the phone and promptly returned all of our phone calls. My boyfriend was going to turn himself in for a bench warrant on Tuesday to wait for months ti...ll his court date. Thank God that Chad was one of the attorneys we called. I payed for his representation that night without a face to face meeting (I reside states away). He promptly and very deligently began working on the case. We hoped for minimal jail time, an expediant court date and a reinstatement of his probation.. we met Chad at the courthouse at 845 Friday morning.. prepared to say our goodbyes for whatever length of time. Chad is the only attorney I've had that knew the case front to back and was more than prepared and very proactive at doing way more than expected. He convinced the judge, the DA, and the probation department to look over the case that Friday (just a couple days after hiring him). We we're in front of the judge by two o'clock that day. Warrant was dropped. Probation was NOT reinstated... It was over!!! My man is now a free man with no probation, no warrant.. thank you from the bottom of my heart Chad..

I had a felony probation violation warrant out of Dekalb County, and was going to turn myself in. My friend talked me in to calling some lawyers first. So, I called a few lawyers. They were to expensive and basically couldn't tell me anything they could do for me. I gave up! Then Chad returned my ea...rlier call (maybe 30 minutes). I will cut to it, I hired him just hoping to stay out of jail. That was Tuesday evening, Friday afternoon I walked out of court a free man! That says quite a bit about his work! Not only did I not go to jail at all, but he got my probation dismissed as well! Poor Chad got group hugged by me and my family! I am still in shock! I feel so very lucky! And I cannot recommend enough, that if you are facing a similar situation, you call Chad.

I hired Mr. Trentacosta and he sold me a grandiose story about how he would personally escort me to the courthouse, get my warrant withdrawn and handle my case from there. However, none of the aforementioned actions occured; quite the contrary. Not only did he NOT fulfill these expectations, he was a... nightmare to get in contact with. I was arrested and incarcerated for 19 days until I found and hired a second attorney. Not only did I have to pay a new and higher retainer for my second attorney, I lost my job because I was left sitting in jail with no way to contact Mr. Trentacosta. Can you imagine putting your faith and money into an attorney and ending up losing your job and getting arrested? Ridiculous and unprofessional at best. Beyond this, once I was released and under the care of a new attorney, I mailed Mr. Trentacosta a certified letter requesting a refund that he did reply to nor contact me about. I then attempted to use the Fee Arbitration service offered by the State Bar of Georgia and did not receive a follow up from them either. I am just one of the many who are left helpless and taken advantage of because of the actions of some unethical attorneys. They carry themselves as if they are above the law, and because of the average persons limited legal knowledge, they truly are. I took out a loan and paid Mr. Trentacosta over $1,500 with absolutely nothing to show for it. I was given no opportunity for receiving a refund. I see numerous 5-Star reviews and wonder how much merit and truth they possess.
