Chad Michael Trentacosta

I was facing several felony drug charges in both DeKalb and Fulton county. I had a couple priors that I was scared about. After months and months of workin on my case, Chad was able to get both cases dismissed, one was based on statute of limitation and the other was based on unlawful search and seiz...ure. Last July i faced a nightmare from hell after being charged with Rape, Child Molestation, Statutory Rape, Enticing a child for indecent purposes, Contributing to deprivation of a minor and, Sexual Battery. It was a high profile case that aired on several news broadcasts. I see things like this on t.v.... everyday. I never in my life imagined that i would go threw something as such. I didn't have a clue what to do but sit in a cell and wonder why me. Then one day at mail call i got a letter from an attorney i read over his profile then hired him. He later got me a bond after being held without bound for two weeks I was released. I made 3 payments after hiring this attorney he barely picked up his phone And was hard to get in contact with. He never showed up at my court dates After a long talk with God he sent Chad my way. Charges started dropping as soon as his first time to court. I can say the outcome was God telling me he knew where my heart really was on the night of the offense. At the end of the case 12months probation Chad worked a hell of a ball game and brought me home safe. I take it as a lesson learned if anything.....

This was my first run in with the law, and I would have been a mess if it wasn't for Chad. He is very honest and will tell you exactly what to expect. He is also very confident in his ability and made me feel confident as well. He is very good at returning calls/emails and is easily accessible to his... clients. My case ended up having to go to trail, and if I was found guilty it would have future consequences on my career. Chad is very passionate about what he does and isn't afraid to fight for his clients. This passion was displayed in the court room, and I was acquitted! I honestly don't know where I'd be without Chad's help. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent lawyer!
