Excellent service for my EB2/NIW case

David was my attorney for the I-140 application in the EB2/NIW visa category. During this time, he always meticulously and professionally worked on my case with good ethics, answered all my questions, and met all timelines he promised. He spent lots of time to assist me with having my supporting docu...ments at a very high quality. My I-140 case got approved in around 10 months. I am happy with the quality of service that David provided for me, and I recommend him to anyone looking for a professional attorney.

EB2/NIW

David provided outstanding service for my EB2/NIW application. He is very knowledgable about what needs to be showcased and highlighted in the national interest. Professional, friendly and knowledgable

Highly recommended

David helped me in my immigration matter and filling with the USCIS for my permanent resident status using an employment based category. My applications were successful and my status was adjusted relatively fast. David has a great and pleasant personality before everything else. When it comes to work... and his profession, he is very responsive and well knows what he is doing. I would like to appreciate your extremely effective role in success of my application. Thank you for being very personable, punctual and responsible and for your useful advice since the beginning until today. I understand sometimes you did for me beyond your responsibilities. I appreciate this too. This simple expression of my appreciation however will not certainly suffice.

Immigration Genius- The best for your case.

Mr Soloway Is everything and only one you need for your immigration case. He is very thorough and attentive and will give you the time and quality service all the time. I had previously worked with another lawyer, Mr X, but I had to look elsewhere when I heard that Mr. X normally does not show up for... immigration appointments, Not Mr. Soloway, count on him to be there before you even get up. David laid out the procedural details, time frames and worked with me on paying my fees, which were reasonable and really competitive. Mr. Soloway was referred to me by a neighbor who had used him and his firm since the 1990's and had helped his entire family immigrate successfully. He did not disappoint. This is the go to guy and should be the only person you should want to work with, he does not fail. Check his track record, I did, and I believe you will be impressed as much as we were. My case lasted three months and three days. David will take your case and work it personally with his firm and other associates, don't be surprised when you find out that he takes his time to meet and discuss your case anytime and in timely fashion, advises well and prepares like no other. I will be using him again to help my parent relocate. Save yourself some money, headaches and lengthy time delays; head to David Soloway's office and get this done right, the first time and every time.
