An excellent lawyer

David is an excellent lawyer. He represented me in my NIW-I140 case and I can't thank him enough for his professional help. He is a very serious person in his job and he gets the job done in the best way. I had a very good experience and I highly recommend David and his Firm.

Excellent service for my EB2/NIW case

David was my attorney for the I-140 application in the EB2/NIW visa category. During this time, he always meticulously and professionally worked on my case with good ethics, answered all my questions, and met all timelines he promised. He spent lots of time to assist me with having my supporting docu...ments at a very high quality. My I-140 case got approved in around 10 months. EB1B Application for Permanent Residency

I found Mr. Soloway through this website and was impressed by the review to him, so I called his office. I started with a 30-minute appointment with Carolyn Soloway and I decided to hire Mr. Soloway on my EB1B application. The application process is indeed complicated and Mr. Soloway did an excelle...nt job guiding me through every step. Because my company hasn't done any EB1B application before, you can imagine how many questions my HR had, especially regarding the qualification of the company. Mr. Soloway was very patient and explained every question in details. He has abundant knowledge and experience in this field and knows how to handle various situations. He is also very efficient and responsive. He usually replies email in the same day. I would highly recommend him.

Best immigration attorney hands down!

David is the best immigration attorney hands-down. He got my EB2-NIW case approved in less than 6 months with extremely few citations. From the beginning he was not only professional but also took real interest in the money. Unlike most other lawyers (who merely want your money), it was obvious that ...David's motivation involved genuine desire to help others. He spent quite a bit of time discussing the case and then preparing. He was there at every step of the way and went way beyond the call of duty to answer my questions, help in situations that were unexpected, and even advised on maters that were clearly not directly under the pending application. Moreover, he actively helped gather all the required evidence for the case including the recommendation letters. I have heard that many other attorneys (and even experienced myself) ask you to pretty much do everything and then they submit it. Which is really that they play the role of middle man and asks for inflated fees. This was absolutely not the case with David! His role in the petition was primary and there is no way that I could have done without his help. So, bottom line, I was retain David and his firm for any immigration related issues in a heartbeat!
