I hired Mr Mondelli in 03/2021 to represent my husband, who had charges filed against him , while he was in prison. Mr Mondelli went out to see my husband 1 time , made him promises and then went MIA... I have contacted Mr Mondelli on numerous occasions, via email, text phone calls and voice messages... and still no response. This has been a very UNPROFESSIONAL journey with Mr Mondelli. You don't just take people money and not respond to their calls , or represent them to the fullest. When I hired Mr Mondelli I was homeless, I took all the money I had to pay the down payment . I even sold my husband's car to make monthly payments. All this was done so Mr Modelli could represent my husband ,who was the bread winner of our family against some bogus charges , that came about while he was incarcerated. TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF

Mr Mondelli is very skilled in what he does!! Hired him to handle 2 cases for my fiance... He was very attentive and very knowledgeable.... Kept us very informed and in the loop .. if he didn't answer when we called he always made sure to call us back! Got impeccable results in both cases due to his ...expertise!! Thank you so much Mr. Mondelli... I will be calling you if we ever need an attorney in the future!!!

This lawyer is HORRIBLE! From the get go, he put off our cases for others and charges us too price for a easy case due to the fact that we were naive in the world of lawyers. It was an act of Congress to get him to reply to any means of communication. We provided plenty of evidence to support the fac...t that we were not guilty and he still got us the bare minimum which we could have acquired by representing ourselves. He changed court dates multiple times and would show up to our dates 5 or more hours late because he scheduled too many cases on the same day. We do not feel that he took the time to focus on our case or prove our innocence. It is evident that other cases were more important and we were just quick money for him. His voicemail box stays full most of the time which indicates that it he doesn’t check messages. He will not reply to texts or emails. I would not recommend this lawyer at all.

My son and his friend had felony charges in two different counties. I explained the situation upon meeting with Mondelli. He said that he would represent my son in both cases. He also said that he argue to get the charges reduced. He went to the jail and conversed with my son and told him the same... thing. We both were excited. My son needed to talk to him again so I told Mondelli. Mondelli told me that he had other cases and he did not have the time. I had invested too much to fire him. He came to the first hearing and stood by my son's side. In my opinion that's exactly what he did. He did not argue anything. He did not say anything other than yes or no. At the end of that hearing my son received the exact thing as his friend with a public defender. I contacted Mondelli when it was time for the next county's hearing. Mondelli told me that he would come if he had time. I held it together because I knew I had the initial paperwork that he signed stating that he would represent my son in both cases. Needless to say that Mondelli was at the hearing but served no purpose. He did the same as in the first hearing. Would I recommend him to my friends or anyone else needing a lawyer...no.
