I am a partner at Warshauer Woodward Atkins, LLC, a law firm dedicated to representing clients in cases involving catastrophic personal injuries, medical malpractice and other complex torts. I have unique experience representing families of children injured or killed in day care centers and children victimized by sexual predators in educational, religious or youth service organizations.
I developed my passion for jury trials as a prosecutor in Douglas County, Georgia. I became a civil trial lawyer in 2001 and have earned a reputation as a tenacious trial lawyer. I have tried cases in Federal and State courts in Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. I have secured multi-million dollar verdicts in every medical malpractice case I have tried to a jury, and secured multi-million dollar settlements for my clients in cases involving medical malpractice, personal injury, employment, civil rights, sexual abuse and day care center negligence.
I am admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. I am a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Cobb County Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
