Deceptive

Took our money and stopped returning calls and texts or emails. Smooth talker and dishonest. First time hiring an attorney learned my lesson!

Scammer Alert - Be ware

Hire Thomas Mondelli to a legitimation for my son in May 2021, and he lard us to believe that he file the paperwork, but when ask, he never gave him any. He took $2500 from us and we found out that he never file any paperwork in Henry county. Here we are in 2024 and stilled no paperwork file and he... won’t return calls are returned our money. Now we have to go to the State Bar and get some justice. Be ware very smooth talker.

Took my money

I hired atty Mondelli, had a consultation, paid him the down payment of 1000.00, He waited until court date, to text me and said he had something to come up. He never filed papers with the court to let them know he was representing me, Till this day, he have not contacted me, and i have been unable t...o reach him

He’s horrible for criminal defense! Do not hire him for criminal defense, he does nothing at all. And his breath stinks

Never again

He did absolutely nothing . I hired him he never answers your always calling him multiple times . I was placed in contempt twice because of him . Almost got locked up because of his lack of communication . I really couldn’t believe it that he would do something like that . NEVER AGAIN AND YES I PAID ...HIM !!
