After a long stint in prosecution, I started my law practice a short time after my grandmother passed away without a will.  She died of dementia, Alzheimer's Disease, which is the 6th leading cause of death for seniors claiming more lives than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined.  I was called to educate the community and help families avoid the tension and turmoil that ebbs from not planning the inevitable. My role is to guide you in designing your personalized Love Legacy.  I will help you protect your assets while you are alive and transfer them to your loved ones when you are gone.  I prepare all Estate Planning documents including Last Wills & Testaments, Living Wills, Ethical Wills or Letters of Intent, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Health care Directives & Powers of Attorney as well as provide assistance in obtaining Guardianship and Letters of Administration to probate the estate of your loved ones who died without a will.  My probate litigation experience is an added bonus...I don't have to refer you to another attorney like other estate lawyers do.
