Simply the Best for Workers' Comp

My back was injured on the job in 2008 and after one failed surgery and a year and a half of other treatments, the surgeon advised further surgery but they would not approve it. After I became totally stressed trying to deal with this alone, a friend highly recommended Susan. Deciding to have Sus...an represent me was the best decision I could have made. Not only was she professional and very competent, she also got a much larger settlement that I had even hoped for. Her staff is wonderful also. Do yourself a favor and call her. reccommended. It was the best decision I could have possibly made.

The Best!

I experienced serve knee and shoulder injuries and the employer fought me tooth and nail. Susan stayed on top of everything and proved my case. The defense attoreney was "stuck" and we won. She is the best and I highly recommend her to anyone. Trust in her, believe in her and do all you can to help h...elp her and your case and she will do all that is possible to get you what you deserve

Great lawyer

She certainly is the best Wokers Comp lawyer in Atlanta. She kept things simple. She kept me informed and listened to my needs. Not much else you can ask for in such a complex subject as a Workers Comp case. My favorite part though was the respect she commanded with both the insurance company and the... mediators at the Workers Comp Board for the state.

An Excellent, Dedicated, and Professional Attorney with client's interests at heart.

If you do not have Mrs. Sadow representing you, my advice is to seriously re-consider. Not only does Mrs. Sadow represent you very well, she cares and takes the time to contact you along the process by adding a personal touch, whereas many attorneys do not take the time to offer any updates and conc...erns. Mrs. Sadow's staff is very effective and efficient, they simply get things done. In my case things started small, then became more complex with surgery needed to correct my injury. This procedure would not have went well if I was not represented by Mrs. Sadow. Every time an issue arose, Mrs. Sadow and her staff handled the issue promptly and professionally, thereby producing results and moving forward. I was never given any excuses by Mrs. Sadow, instead, I often would discover things were already taken care of, and I was the one waiting for the insurance company to catch up to Mrs. Sadow's staff (it would not surprise me if Mrs. Sadow's staff had to constantly educate the insurance company personnel). I was referred to Mrs. Sadow by a colleague that knew my frustations with a workers comp injury, and ever since I retained Mrs. Sadow as my attorney, I have had no worries and no frustrations. Many attorneys do their job for an end result of which you should feel monetarially compensated for in the end. The difference with Mrs. Sadow is, she truly cares for her client and keeps you stress-free along the way by keeping the whole legal process an overall pleasant experience, not to mention that she does produce proper compensation in the end. In my career field I have worked with many attorneys and have personally consulted with a few in the past, Mrs. Sadow stands out as a "top notch" attorney with excellent ethics, professionalism, and sincerity for her clients well being.

She's the best

When I first contacted Susan I was at a point where I didn't know where to turn or what to do next. I was being told by one doctor that my hip couldn't be fixed and then another was telling me that I needed a difficult operation with a long and drawn out recovery time, this is after being laid up for... over 6 months. After our first meeting I knew she was the best person to handle my case. She and her staff of Brandy, and Reba, took charge of my case, and brought it to a vary happy conclusion. They kept me informed of how things were going the whole way. I never had a problem getting them to answer my questions, or getting my calls answered. I believe I couln't not have found a better attorney to handle my case and would recommend her to anyone. Susan thank you for everything.

"I have had the opportunity to mediate a number of cases where Susan represented the claimant. She is always very well prepared, has helped her clients understand the process, and has done the necessary groundwork to get her clients top-dollar settlements. She realizes the importance of mediations and puts a lot of work into them. She has an excellent grasp of the complex issues which vex less experienced claimant’s attorneys, such as proper handling of MSAs, Social Security offsets, and subrogation liens. Her excellent advocacy skills in the courtroom are well known, but I have had the privilege of seeing her use the slightly different skill-set necessary to help her clients get the best settlement to be had though the mediation process and exhaust all ancillary sources to maximize the benefits for her clients. She truly is a Super Lawyer"
