Simply the Best WC Attorney in Georgia!

Susan Sadow is simply the best attorney in the southeast when it comes to Workers Compensation legal matters. When I came to Susan, I was in bad shape. Susan and her team held me together when I was broken. Susan, Brandy, Reba and Marie are my "Wonder Women"! They are smart, compassionate and ext...remely professional. I was extremely satisfied with the results of my case.

A game of chess

Wow, where do I start, First, the workers comp is not setup for the employee, it’s setup for the employer and the insurance company. I had a case that I got hurt at my job at no fault of my own and I was trying to handle it on my own (I am not a big lawyer fan) but was being told by everyone I ne...ed a lawyer and was reading about the nightmares people where having dealing with workers comp insurance company as a whole. The insurance company has their own staff of lawyers working for them and I think a room full of bean counters looking for the cheapest way out. So I started the Goggle lawyer search and run across Susan Sadow web site, don’t know why she stood out to me, but I do have a sister name Susan, so I call her office and ask to speak with Susan, the girl on the phone took my name and info and when Susan came on line we talk briefly then set up a meeting, the first thing I notice was Susan made no promises of a big payout, but told me she will watch over my case and work hard for the best outcome as possible.. By this time I had my third surgery and lost arm movement, Susan jump right in and call my adjuster and they agreed that I needed to see another doctor to get a second opinion, Susan then made sure I got into the best doctor available. Then when it came time for me to go in for my FCE Susan made sure I got into the right place. Last was my day with settlement mediation again Susan made sure I had the right mediator. What Susan is doing is playing a game of chess, with each move she makes she is thinking couple of steps ahead, so at the end game I was standing at the best position possible. In the end I have permanent damage to my shoulder and I was compensated for it. What you need to do is. Call Susan What down any question you have. Bring in all your paperwork you have from any doctor visits you have gone to. Keep copies of all future doctor visits and forward them to Susan's office, it's amazing what the doctors office and the case manager forget to forward to your lawyer’s office. Learn about the WC system.. Be realistic. What you need to know. You do need a lawyer. Susan is fast to respond to emails and phone calls. Susan will work for you. One very important thing I left out was Susan’s office staff was great, specially Ange she keeps up with emails and phone calls, she even sent a email out on a Sunday, when have you ever hear of a Lawyer's office working on Sunday other than looking for new work. Workers Compensation, Hip and Back Injury

I can’t thank Susan and her staff enough for helping me get the settlement I needed. When employees are hurt on the job, it usually means the start of a new career choice. This settlement will allow me time to get back on my feet and not lose my shirt. For this my family and I are grateful. Thank... you, Susan! When I called Susan, I had already been treated for a hernia surgery, and my treating physician wanted me to go back to work, ignoring my other injuries. I was going it alone and realized this is not something you can navigate on your own, nor should you. Workers Compensation is a complex system. Your employer has lawyers and Insurance agents sorting it out on their behalf. Why shouldn’t you do the same! Susan has a great network of medical professionals she has worked with in her practice, that are compassionate and resolute. Susan found me a great match and I was able to receive the care I needed. Susan and her staff, Brandy and Reba are pleasant to work with and they make sure your case is being handled with urgency and care. The best phone call I made! Thank you, Susan!

"I have had the opportunity to mediate a number of cases where Susan represented the claimant. She is always very well prepared, has helped her clients understand the process, and has done the necessary groundwork to get her clients top-dollar settlements. She realizes the importance of mediations and puts a lot of work into them. She has an excellent grasp of the complex issues which vex less experienced claimant’s attorneys, such as proper handling of MSAs, Social Security offsets, and subrogation liens. Her excellent advocacy skills in the courtroom are well known, but I have had the privilege of seeing her use the slightly different skill-set necessary to help her clients get the best settlement to be had though the mediation process and exhaust all ancillary sources to maximize the benefits for her clients. She truly is a Super Lawyer"
