So fortunate to have found Susan!

I did not have an attorney for almost a year into my treatment after a serious injury at work. Even though I had surgery for my injury, I knew more was wrong than what had been diagnosed. Thank Heaven, someone recommended Susan Sadow to me. She immediately took control, worked to get me to a ...specialist who could diagnose all the "collateral damage" of the broken bones and treat what had been overlooked! She was instrumental in getting my injured area assessed by highly respected specialists and got my case transferred to one of the top orthopedic surgeons. After all treatments were done, my doctors and I came to the conclusion that I may never return to my per-injury state; I may always require medications to alleviate pain and I may need further treatment in the future. Susan advocated for me to receive compensation to guarantee my needs will be met for the rest of my life. Without Susan on my side and guiding me thru the "WC maze", I know I would have never gotten the treatment I needed and my case probably would have just been closed, leaving me to figure out how to pay for the medication and treatment I will need for the rest of my years. Even though my case is now closed, I know she is just a phone call away in case I need her!

Tiny and Tough!

Susan Sadow is a beast of a Lawyer! My Old attorney was dragging his feet, never spoke to me, and avoided my phone calls. That's when I looked on line for a Super Lawyer!. Susan Sadow impressed me with her knowledge, and track record. She is very respected among her colleagues which is what you want ...going into a mediation. She's on Top of her game! I would recommend her a thousand times over!! She took care of me, and ended my case $$$

My Hero

I was referred to Attorney Sadow by a friend after it was determined my injury was work related. In the beginning I was hesitant about taking the legal route and thought it would be totally unnecessary to do this. After all I have worked for this fortune 500 company for almost 20 years and was a valu...ed employee. I received good reviews, raises and bonuses annually for my good work ethics. One day I was at my desk doing my work as usual and my supervisor looked over and saw me wearing a wrist brace. She inquired where did I get it from. After telling her she immediately went to HR and reported me. I had been seeing a doctor for my injury for about 3 months and he found it was not getting better and gave me the wrist brace to wear to help out with the injury that he eventually determined it was work related after a MRI was done. He also told me he could no longer see me and told me to tell my job it was work related. He referred me to a doctor who he stated was the best hand specialist in the state of Georgia. I was called to the HR department the next day and told I had to see one of their workers comp doctors. The one I chose told me on the 1st visit that my injury appear to be domestic. I informed him that I lived alone and spent most of my time working and in the traffic. He then proceeded to take my blood. On my 2nd visit he told me the test results came back showing I had rheumatoid arthritis and I need to see a rheumatologist. He immediately closed my case which open the door for me to see the rheumatologist and the hand specialist with my medical insurance. The rheumatologist stated I did not have arthritis and I needed to see a orthopedic doctor for therapy or surgery. I made an appointment to see the hand specialist and he immediately stated he could not see me and to tell my HR department the injury is work related and reopen my case. I did as instructed and they told me they could not reopen the case and to open it myself. At this point they did not care that my arm was visually swollen and I needed medical attention but I had been blocked. It took workers comp about 3 months to reopen my case and since I had seen the had specialist they decided to leave me with him. My visits to my workman comp appointments became a problem. I had to train someone else to do my job and wisdom told me these people are going to try and fire me. After all the little things they began to do against me I knew it was time to take my friends advice and call Susan. I made an appointment to see her just to see if she was willing to stand up to a fortune 500 company attorney, that had the reputation of winning all of their cases. The employees became fearful and backed out and eventually was fired. After speaking with her I made the decision to hire her and to this day it is the best decision I could have made. She immediately introduced me to her paralegal staff and assigned Brandy B to me. The experience I had working with Susan and Brandy was phenomenal. I thought this would be a business matter but to my surprise they treated me like family. They wanted to know what happened at each doctor visit, get well cards was sent and a phone call after each surgery. Always making sure I was doing well and Brandy had a saying, "if you need us call us." I felt I was with an attorney firm that really had my best interest at heart. After 18 months my case has been settled and I was extremely happy with the compensation. I will miss them and all the kindness shown to me. I would refer Susan and her staff to anyone looking to receive compensation for injuries received on the job and assure you they will fight to make sure you are well compensated. I would like to express my heartfelt thank you to Susan and her staff for making my end a new beginning. May God richly bless the attorney firm and staff of Susan Sadow.

Worker's Comp - Successful Settlement - Susan Sadow is THE BEST!

If you are looking for a super-smart, hard working lawyer, then look no further! My wife & I were very impressed with Susan Sadow's credentials & excellent reviews, but we felt even more at ease when we met with her. From the very beginning & all the way through the process we were confident that sh...e was working behind the scenes on my behalf. Susan was confident, caring, personal & compassionate in what we were going through & how she treated us. Susan & her excellent staff kept in touch often on how things were going & we were very satisfied with the end result of all of her hard work in protecting my rights & compensating me with a settlement that was much more than I would have received had I not hired her services. My wife & I are VERY THANKFUL that we chose SUSAN J. SADOW & HIGHLY RECOMMEND her excellent services!

Susan J. Sadow Law Firm and Staff   03-25-2015   To Whom It May Concern, This is my testimony to the work and staff of Susan J Sadow Law Firm.  Approximately March of 2014, I walked into this office and was greeted with complete professionalism. I came to Susan for her help about 10 mo...nths after I had been seriously hurt at work due to other people’s negligence and bad decision making.  At the time I was being bullied by coworkers and management to a point where I was afraid to make waves for fear of losing my job in the long run.  I was unaware that the company I worked for was not going to stand behind me and make sure that I received the medical care I desperately needed and would abandon me in the middle of the medical process.  By not knowing my legal rights I was letting my medical care go out the window and had waited past the time that I could file suit.  To Susan quick thinking and professionalism and honestly listening to my situation, she discovered that they had under paid me. Finding a loop hole in their desertion and allowed her to reopen this case.  Because of her knowledge I was allowed to receive much needed medical attention.  Also to her intelligence she had her staff follow-up with me on the details of my pay checks and immediately got me a check for 7995.00 in lost back pay.    I can’t tell you how much the ladies in the office continuously and diligently worked my case and fought for every dime I was owed.  Months of paycheck they went through to help me recovery my lost pay.  If that wasn’t enough, the ladies also fought to get me the best medical care I was eligible for.  Due to their hard work….  I will walk again somewhat normally.  My injuries included a knee and foot injury that when this process is over I will have a minimum of 4 surgeries.  Without their help and continuous battle against workers compensation and the company I worked for, I would have been responsible for at least 3 surgeries to pay by myself and face the possibility of being disabled for the rest of my life.  There is not enough gratitude for all of their help, professionalism and extensive knowledge of the workers compensation laws… If you are contemplating a great law office or not sure what you should do?  I would highly recommend this law firm to handle your case.  My only advice would be to sit back, try to breathe and let these people do what they do best.  My case is not over and has been ongoing for 1 year and 10 months but they have protected and advised me on every little question the entire way.  When this is done I have no doubt that I will celebrate a victory because of them.   Sincerely Coreana

"I have had the opportunity to mediate a number of cases where Susan represented the claimant. She is always very well prepared, has helped her clients understand the process, and has done the necessary groundwork to get her clients top-dollar settlements. She realizes the importance of mediations and puts a lot of work into them. She has an excellent grasp of the complex issues which vex less experienced claimant’s attorneys, such as proper handling of MSAs, Social Security offsets, and subrogation liens. Her excellent advocacy skills in the courtroom are well known, but I have had the privilege of seeing her use the slightly different skill-set necessary to help her clients get the best settlement to be had though the mediation process and exhaust all ancillary sources to maximize the benefits for her clients. She truly is a Super Lawyer"
