Excellent lawyer, hardworking and very responsive to clients
Excellent litigator for my civil case as an executor of an estate. She is very supportive and will fight for you. We did not always hear what we wanted to hear but it was for our own good. It kept us focused on the things we could achieve. She answered every email and every phone call. She won our case and we are happy. She is hardworking and ethical. She has the support of an excellent office staff as well.

Great advice!
Genevieve and I went to law school together and I have referred several people to her who have needed assistance resolving a business dispute. I really appreciate her legal knowledge as well as her people skills. Once when I was negotiating a business deal on behalf of one of my clients, I was shocked and dumb-founded when the opposing attorney hung up on me. While that is known to happen in the litigation world, that had never happened to me as a business transaction attorney. Genevieve gave me great advice about how to keep the negotiation going despite the other attorney's inappropriate response so that I could make the best deal for my clients. Her advice not only earned me big points with my client but it worked and they got the deal they wanted. Thank you Genevieve!

Excellent Work!
Mrs. Dame was fantastic! After having a horrible experience with another attorney in the area Genevieve was able to assist us not only with reconciling that situation, but a number of other instances we had with setting up our company and getting all of the necessary documents in place. Mrs. Dame is a great attorney and I will be using her with our company going forward as well as with my own personal affairs.
