In between college and law school, Nicholas worked as a junior executive for a west-coast department store and then worked for a small residential construction company in Atlanta. Shortly after law school, Nicholas served as Staff Attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Outside of work, Nicholas is involved in his community and is passionate about local food resources and the environment. He is an officer of the Pangborn Valley Civic Association. He is also a member and past President of his local garden club, which is part of The Garden Club of Georgia. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his pets (all rescues), and he is helping with the keeping of a beehive.
