About me

Linda has been practicing law in Georgia since her graduation,cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law where she excelled at written and oral advocacy and earned a position on the Moot Court Board.  

Prior to attending law school, Linda spent 17 years in commer-cial insurance, risk management, and claims administration.  During that time, she worked as a safety engineer, workers' compensation claims adjuster, and National Account Manager.  She also spent several years working in claims-related infor-mation technology as Assistant Vice President of Risk Management Technologies for Marsh USA, a global insurance broker and risk advisor.


Linda enjoys teaching and public speaking and teaches the “Legal Issues for Small Businesses” course offered by the Kennesaw State University Small Business Development Center (“Kennesaw SBDC”) and taught a course on Contract Law for business owners as part of the Entrepreneur's Law School offered by the Kennesaw SBDC in April 2009.  She has also delivered presentations on “How to Keep Your Business Legally Safe” and "Buy-Sell Agreements" to different business groups.  Linda is on the Board of Directors and is an active member of ProWIN, Professional Women’s Information Network, a membership organization of influential businesswomen in Atlanta.  She is also a member of the Military/Veterans Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. 

Linda grew up in California and received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.  She lived in California until her employer at the time, Crawford & Company, moved her to Chicago in 1996 and then brought her to its global headquarters in Atlanta in 1999.  She now lives in Marietta with her long-haired dachshund, Bodhi.  Pursuing her interest in spirituality and personal development, Linda is an active student at the Mahavatar Babaji Ashram and has completed many courses at School of Humanity and AwarenessHorizon Center for Intuitive Awareness and Landmark Education.  She also participates in a weekly women’s group that focuses on mutual support, friendship and spiritual growth.
