Judith Delus Montgomery is a West- Indian American Attorney who grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida. Judith has always had a desire to protect everyday citizens and ensure that they are aware of their legal rights. Judith has worked both as a prosecutor for the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, and as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Georgia Department of Labor. Judith practices in the areas of Family Law, Immigration Law, and Landlord/Tenant Law.

Got me a great deal!
Found Attorney on the web and she handled my issues with my creditor. She was able to stop trial from going forward and we went to mediation. Where my payments were lowered and a portion of the debt was removed from my account. She got me and my business back on track.

Landlord battles cat hoarding tenant...
I needed legal advice and assistance to evict a tenant and get some kind of payment from the tenant for damages done to my property. With Ms. Delus legal assistances the tenant was evicted and I did get compensation for damages.
