I am 100% committed to rigorously advocating for Georgia's working class against insurance abuse and creating highly personalized solutions for my clients.
The Ramos Law Firm exclusively handles catastrophic, neurological, and orthopedic injuries that stem from workplace accidents. We represent clients who suffer from multi-level spinal injuries, closed head trauma, skin and tissue burns, upper/lower extremity pathology, amputations, and other surgical matters.
Understanding that each client’s needs are unique, our legal team creates innovative solutions specially tailored to each client’s circumstances. We are dedicated to reaching our clients’ desired resolution with open accessibility, strategic preparedness, and consistent responsiveness.
I am relentlessly committed to advocating for injured workers’ rights. Establishing strong working relationships with my clients is one of my greatest priorities. As a former workers’ compensation paralegal and instructor at the university level, I am uniquely postured to empathize with my clients and effectively communicate in the courtroom.
I am responsible for litigating and appealing cases before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. Additionally, I am responsible for writing appellate briefs and delivering oral arguments before the Board’s Appellate Division. I also participate in successful mediation settlement conferences where I am able to utilize my graduate studies in conflict management.
Well past the resolution of my client's cases, I maintain lasting relationships with them and their families.

Immigration Law demands intellect, honesty and the ability to effectively communicate with your client. Mrs. Law or I call her "Chinny" is the perfect trifecta of these attributes. Chinny and I were class mates before we were colleagues and I have had the privileged of also calling her a friend. I have witnessed firsthand Chinny's resilience and dedication to aiding her clients and the perfection of her craft. She is a gem to the practice area of immigration law and a breath of fresh air to the legal community.

Having known Chinny (Rotsen Dara Diya) Law since undergrad at KSU, I can say with absolute confidence and conviction that she is a zealous advocate for her clients. She is passionate about the law, her writing and communication skills are impeccable, and, even more importantly, she cares about getting the best outcome for her clients. If I have an immigration question - I ask Chinny. If she does not know the answer, I know it won't take her long to find it. I'm glad to call her my friend and esteemed colleague and I highly recommend her for immigration matters.
