Disappointed

My goal as a bankruptcy attorney is not just to help clients avoid their debts temporarily, but to help them to sustain a debt-free lifestyle after bankruptcy is over. Sometimes that means giving advice that people don't want to hear. I wish I could have delivered this advice in a more gentle manner, because, naturally, I do not want to upset clients. But filing bankruptcy is only a short-term solution if you don't combine the bankruptcy with the decision to live within your financial means. Sometimes that means making some very difficult decisions about lifestyle. I stand by the advice I gave, which I give to every single client. Sincerely, Charles Clapp
