John Gerard Brookhuis

Attorney John G. Brookhuis is a Partner and the principal attorney of Brookhuis Law, LLC, and focuses his talents to help clients achieve debt relief with Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 reorganization and other debt relief methods.  John is admitted to practice law in the Federal Courts, as well as all State and Superior Courts in the State of Georgia. He has been a member in good standing with the State of Georgia Bar Association since 2009.  John has been working strictly on consumer Bankruptcy since 2010, and is dedicated to understanding the law, as well as his client's particular needs and desires.  His goal is to help his clients feel both self worth and the accomplishment of getting their financial lives back on track.

John has successfully helped thousands of clients achieve debt relief through bankruptcy.  John is actively involved in the local Bankruptcy community as a Member of the Bankruptcy Inn of Courts, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Metro Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Advocacy Group.  He actively attends bankruptcy seminars, and has trained many lawyers in consumer bankruptcy.  John was lead attorney in several cases of first impression in the Northern District of Georgia which resulted in published opinions.
