Bankruptcy Attorney of Record

Ms. Oxendine was not the lawyer who originally handled my case. My original lawyer was Janel Bowels, who was quite helpful and communicative for the first year and then my account was turned over to a variety of legal assistants whose interest, advice and professionalism were spotty at best. No one ...from Berry every told me that Ms. Bowels had left the firm, which I find unprofessional. However, it did open the door to working with Carrie who was a joy! She was honest, prompt with her replies and willing to listen to me when I was literally hanging by a thread of sanity trying to balance my budget, pay my TFS fees and handle other personal issues and a terrible experience I had for 5 years with my mortgage company. I felt that I could share my frustrations with her and get an honest reply in return. Additionally, under her leadership, the staff of your Legal Assistants seemed to improve as well. I would highly recommend her services.

Amazing

She was very polite and professional, she takes the time to listen to your concerns and helps you address any issues you may have. Filing bankruptcy was scary from the beginning but working with her and the amazing team they have, they have made this process so easy and stress free!

The Best

I love this Firm! Especially Carrie Oxendine. She handled a bankruptcy for me years ago. I can still call her and consult with her today. You have to love attorney's like her!

A most grateful client

I am grateful for Ms. Oxendine, when my wife became ill and lost her work, we were in despair. Hiring this attorney firm, and especially Ms. Oxendine, was great. She talked us through the process. And then when my wife passed away , she helped me to convert the chapter 13 over to the needed chapter... 7. As hard as that time was I didn't have to worry about the debt. Thank you

Top notch service

Carrie has been instrumental in taking care of my bankruptcy case. Carrie was able to work with my Trustie to find a happy medium when Trustie was unhappy with my monthly payments. Carrie was able to get payments $400 lower than where the Trustie wanted to be. This was awesome since we are in a infla...tionary period. Carrie as kept me abreast of my case progression at every step of tge way. Her focus is clearly customer first you Thank you Carrie
