Howard D. Rothbloom began practicing bankruptcy law in 1986. His practice areas include counseling individual and business clients in debt related matters and the representation of clients in cases filed under chapters 7, 13 and 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Mr. Rothbloom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia in 1981 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. He began practicing law in 1984. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Cobb County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is also a member of the Board of Advisors The Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc., Atlanta’s poverty law organization.
