Ashly Wine was awesome!!! I cannot praise her enough! My previous attorney I hired for a modification of child support dragged their feet and I could almost NEVER get a hold of them, even before a scheduled Arbitration which I refused to attend because of lack of communication. It was a horrible... and costly experience! It took 7 months for the other attorney to get to the Arbitration point. Then, I hired Ms. Wine. The case was quickly brought to a head and was closed in 3 months in our favor! The communication with her and office staff was great! Always very responsive. The morning before the trial, I met in Ms. Wine in her office and she asked a few quick questions. Then I saw how swiftly she put together the documents she wanted at the trial. I was put at AWE with watching her work! She remembers all the details and knows what information is relevant and useful. Very efficient! I’ve never seen anything like it. In court, she was methodical and was quick with questions that left the defendant dumbfound, not knowing how to respond. She eloquently used information from the defendant and turned it around on the spot to elicit a response that was to our advantage. She was expeditious in pulling out exhibits she wanted without having to mull over them. She was just waiting for the right opportunity. It was so impressive to see her in action. It was sickening that the defendant, along with their opposing attorney, lied about so many things. Ms. Wine was able to obtain a document that showed that one of their comments was false. It took away their creditability with the judge. Ms. Wine does EXACTLY what you hire her to do; to honesty guide you and to protect your best interests. I wish wholeheartedly that I hired her for my divorce. My and my son’s life would be very different than it is now; totally different. I have forwarded her and her firms name to everyone I know in the event they need or know someone that needs her services. They cannot go wrong with Ms. Wine.
