Unfortunately the results my husband and I left us highly disappointed. Our attorney hardly ever communicated with us, in fact the only time we would get a response is if I asked for a supervisor. We left numerous messages, emails and correspondences and was left in the blind up until this month afte...r I decided to be very persistent in my calling. Grant it our case was not of a huge value by attorney standards but it was alot to us. Our lives were drastically changed after the accident we were in, there was missed work etc. There was a representative to answer the phone as if she was lying in bed, it was unbelievable. To add insult to injury a gentleman sent over a satisfaction survey and referred to me as Mr. Do they not read the details of whom they are contacting? Highly dissatisfied!

Dominique Barr was by far one of the most sweetest, kinds, and great customer service I have experienced. I never talked to JLS about anything. The two ladies that got my case have very bad communication skills. The physical therapy practice was terrible. This process has been a nightmare and I'm rea...dy to be over. I had better expectations for this company. No a happy client.

My experience with J Sanders have been very disappointing. I really just felt like my case was not a priority. At the beginning they would call me all the time and things was looking good but after a month or two past I noticed that I would always have to call them and it took days for people to ...returned my phone call. They dropped the ball by putting in the wrong doctor information in my demand letter, not only that they had to put three demand letters in which was unheard of. Do not believe that commercial smh. It’s been almost a year and they still haven’t got me any money. My case went from one person to another person to another person. I could not keep up with who I should be in contact with. I pretty much just got frustrated and fired them and found a new law firm who made me feel like my case was important to them.

They are nice and very professional and I did have great therapy in a nice doctor office. It has taken longer than I expected. I am hoping that I end up with a great settlement since it has been so long they are probably just trying to do their job. The radio commercials do say in just... 30 days.lol I was told Thank you for my patience. Overall it has been absolutely a great experience.

WE WERE IN AN CAR ACCIDENT IN MAY 2021, RECEIVED 2 CALLS, 2 EMAILS, AND ZERO RETURN CALLS. REQUESTED UPDATES, HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY CAR FIX, WAS RECOMMENDED TO USE MY OWN INSURANCE COMPANY WHEN IT WERE A 3 CAR COLLISION, (SMH). I'M PREPARED TO HEAR THAT I PROBABLY WON'T RECEIVED AN SETTLEMENT, EVEN THOUG...H, I HAD A CONCUSSION AND BACK INJURIES. I'M STILL HAVING BACK PAIN AS OF TODAY BUT OF COURSE, JULIAN SANDERS WOULDN'T KNOW THAT BECAUSE THEY DON'T CHECK UP ON THEIR CLIENTS TO SEE HOW THINGS ARE GOING OR IF THEY STILL NEED EXTENDED CARE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND JULIAN SANDERS TO MY DOG LACEY IF SHE GOT HIT BY A CAR. NEXT TIME IT WILL BE KEN NUGENT, OR MORGAN & MORGAN, JULIAN SANDERS IS A JOKE..OR SHOULD I SAY HE NEED TO HIRE MORE PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF,
