Julian Lewis Sanders

I got into an accident on January 3, 2024. They helped set me up with doctors and physical therapist that were in their network vs mine and cost me a third of my settlement. I was done with physical therapy mid March, but they didn't send my case to demand until June 14th. Two weeks later, June 27th,... the opposing insurance company sent me a letter that they had cut a check and sent it to Julian Sanders. No notice from JS. I called every day and left a bad Google review before someone reached out to me on July 29th. It took more follow up from me before the check was cut on August 26th. I ended up getting $7,000 of the $25,000 settlement. Should've worked with the opposing insurance directly. I feel it would've been a better (and faster) experience.

Run and I do mean run fast!!!!!!! These people are liars and very dishonest! I have a 100k plus 25 K to use for my pain and suffering and they almost messed my case up!!! Another attorney they I didn't hire told me that things they put in the demand letter shouldn't if been there. Also they tired to ...settle my case for 40 k because one of there negotiators use to work for State Farm and slipped up and told me that. I fired them immediately!They put a lien on my case that I'm currently headed to court to have removed. They didn't even know State Farm had already offered me 35 without and attorney and actually they on was willing to fight for not even 40 k. They put a 13k lien in me using a bogus address I never lived at and more false information. They took the lien down 2 times since and it is now at 1600 hundred plus $588 fees. I had 2 other Attorneys that I wasn't happy with and they just accepted the fact and walked away. I also reported Julian Sanders to the Bar Association who told me to file law suit. I'm currently at the half way point of what I deserve! After only a few months with my new firm and just waiting for what I deserve for my pain and suffering. I wish I would have done my homework and I wouldn't never hired Julian Sanders. Again run as fast as you can or they will mess you over and low ball your case.

My boyfriend was involved in a accident where they were hit from the rear & Progressive took liability he and his friend was injured and I asked them to contact Julian Sanders law firm because I heard all the good talk on the radio it’s a Big Lie!!these men was done with treatment and according to Ev...elyn Grider there was a Demand filed. I have tried contacting Evelyn because she tried to submit a claim from my insurance company for medical and uninsured motorist that I explained I didn’t have from Day 1 she was so nice & friendly at the time now I can’t even talk to her. Progressive admit liability and repaired the truck.This is over 6 mos now after treatment & Julian Sanders still don’t pay. They will ride out a settlement until the wheels fall off. Don’t!! I repeat don’t listen the lies this firm is a complete Joke.

I was involved in a car accident back in 08/31/23. My car was total and I was refer to their Julian Sanders ppl for physical therapy and shots. I was always grilled by their receptionist name, rank and serial number attitude manner.. sometimes I received a call back and sometimes I was completely ign...ored. As my therapy bill grew and I became quite concerned, I opted to stop treatment. The doctor even recommended I get shots in my knee. My biggest problem is the amount that was given to me to send me on my merry way and how this attorney had me looking like a fool scheduling an appt to come pick up a check. Knowing that he had no intentions of issuing a check to me. I felt so humiliated and to add injury to insult how he gave me a $50.00 stipend like don’t bother me anymore we will send someone to ur home with the check the next day. Now I’m a senior citizen a widow who loss my husband and son back in 2020 to Covid. I am alone here in GA. The person came to my home with an open envelope and the check. I live alone and the young lady was very unprofessional. She came at 6:46 ppl m at night. I was reluctant at first to open my door. When I asked her why she came at this time. She said in a huffy way Traffic what do you think. I did not sleep at all that night. The check was small but I did not want anyone coming back to kill me for it. I am still shaking from this encounter. Now they are holding on to monies to pay my creditors like I can’t pay my own bills. I am very upset they are trying to take my dignity from me. I refuse to go down without a fight. I will never ever use this firm again. I guess that’s why the radio and TVads stopped. I am and continues to be in pain. They took all my money.

This law firm is very unorganized and unprofessional. You cannot get in contact with anyone after they take your case and have you going to all these therapy sessions and doctor's appointments. They lost so much of my documentation for my case I had to resend everything give them dates all over again... after 2 months of them already supposedly starting my case. From the time they took my case they had did nothing they said they were going to do they are very unprofessional and their staff seems like they need to go back to school. I end up finding another attorney who took my case and they are working in my favor I will not advise anyone to hire this firm they are terrible. Like I said unprofessional unorganized and really don't care about their clients it's about the money you can tell that very clearly
