Julian Lewis Sanders

I got into an accident on January 3, 2024. They helped set me up with doctors and physical therapist that were in their network vs mine and cost me a third of my settlement. I was done with physical therapy mid March, but they didn't send my case to demand until June 14th. Two weeks later, June 27th,... the opposing insurance company sent me a letter that they had cut a check and sent it to Julian Sanders. No notice from JS. I called every day and left a bad Google review before someone reached out to me on July 29th. It took more follow up from me before the check was cut on August 26th. I ended up getting $7,000 of the $25,000 settlement. Should've worked with the opposing insurance directly. I feel it would've been a better (and faster) experience.

This is the worst firm to work with!! They don’t care bout their clients or their wellbeing all they care is getting good reviews and their money!!! They don’t care bout what their clients been through and they say they will go hard for their clients it a bunch of B.S. they will try to low balled you... to get what they want they don’t call you or give you updates of what going on with the case. They want to continue to prolong it and that is not right . Julian Sanders does not stand by what they do on the radio false advertisement . Please stand by your words because it not true!! Wish I could give them a ZERO!!!

My mother has had to speak with at least 7 different people since her accident back in November of 2023…. And yet nobody knows how to contact her back as they say . She’s been told numerous amount of times that they will contact her the next week ( given this information on a Monday ) and this will ...roll on into the following week with no contact ! She even calls , fax, and emails with no response . This is crazy to me considering she has spoken to at least 7 people ! Somebody should be able to help her out ! I don’t know if it’s Julian or his associates and truly shouldn’t have to worry about it but it’s now May… I know incidents take a while but this is ridiculous !

I was involved in a car accident back in 08/31/23. My car was total and I was refer to their Julian Sanders ppl for physical therapy and shots. I was always grilled by their receptionist name, rank and serial number attitude manner.. sometimes I received a call back and sometimes I was completely ign...ored. As my therapy bill grew and I became quite concerned, I opted to stop treatment. The doctor even recommended I get shots in my knee. My biggest problem is the amount that was given to me to send me on my merry way and how this attorney had me looking like a fool scheduling an appt to come pick up a check. Knowing that he had no intentions of issuing a check to me. I felt so humiliated and to add injury to insult how he gave me a $50.00 stipend like don’t bother me anymore we will send someone to ur home with the check the next day. Now I’m a senior citizen a widow who loss my husband and son back in 2020 to Covid. I am alone here in GA. The person came to my home with an open envelope and the check. I live alone and the young lady was very unprofessional. She came at 6:46 ppl m at night. I was reluctant at first to open my door. When I asked her why she came at this time. She said in a huffy way Traffic what do you think. I did not sleep at all that night. The check was small but I did not want anyone coming back to kill me for it. I am still shaking from this encounter. Now they are holding on to monies to pay my creditors like I can’t pay my own bills. I am very upset they are trying to take my dignity from me. I refuse to go down without a fight. I will never ever use this firm again. I guess that’s why the radio and TVads stopped. I am and continues to be in pain. They took all my money.
