My mom and I were involved in an accident in 2021 .It’s been okay working with this company (we’ve dealt with multiple persons).The communication can be off a lot of times , which is a main factor , however, once management reaches out things start to move along quicker. I enjoyed working with Ms. Mo...on she was very efficient and prompt. Being new to how this works she made me feel very comfortable and facilitated our needs with care.

They are nice and very professional and I did have great therapy in a nice doctor office. It has taken longer than I expected. I am hoping that I end up with a great settlement since it has been so long they are probably just trying to do their job. The radio commercials do say in just... 30 days.lol I was told Thank you for my patience. Overall it has been absolutely a great experience.

Over all service was good, however I felt like I was being a bother when I called about my case. Tianna was my first contact and she was amazing, polite, very informative and has an awesome bedside manner. Others not very welcoming, I had some questions about my case that I shouldn’t have had to call... and ask, had to call several times to find out who was working my case. J Sanders is an awesome attorney, just would like some of his employees to be patient, and more informative that way people won’t have to call and ask so many questions.
