March 2023 I had stopped for a School Bus to unload children and while sitting in my GMC Truck while the children were being unloaded from the School Bus, I was suddenly slammed into from behind by a Ford Truck causing neck, head, back and spine injury and pain to my body. I called the Julian Lewis ...Law Firm after hearing an advertisement on the radio. The demand letter was for a sum the other drive was insured for ($25,000). The JLS person in the negotiations department told me that my medical bills came to $24,000. I went to my regular hospital's Emergency Room directly after the accident used my own health insurance. After contacting JLS Law Firm I was sent to five of their providers. I am concern because I was told by the demand letter woman that this is the maximum they could ask for and that my medical bill came to $24,000. Unbelievable and disappointing. Now I was told that JLS Firm has to negotiate the medical bill down. What nonsense is this? Then she ask me for my health insurance card information. Again what for? I feel like I have been scammed by this firm. I expected excellence from this Black Owned Firm! I trusted them! They don't return phone calls in a timely manner, fail to give honest updates on my case, had a number of different people handling the case, I had asked for copies of my medical bills from the lawyers doctors for months and still have not received them. According to this person I am speaking with they are still waiting for medical records. I was send letter of notification from my auto insurance company that Julian Lewis Sanders Law Firm contacted them late August/ early September regarding this car accident. Very disappointed with the service and integrity in which JLS has handled my case. I never spoke to the Attorney. Still waiting for answers and settlement. I do not recommend this law firm at this time.

I contracted this firm back in October 2021 for a car accident that I was involved in and was injured with 7 herniated disc I went back and forth to Dr for a few months and had to have the shots I advised them that I felt the treatments weren’t really effective and that the bills were running up I wa...s advised they would fight for me to at least walk away with some compensation for my pain and suffering I didn’t hear from them for six months after the insurance agreed to settle I had to call them and inform them that my bills they advised me they were handling hit collections and were being reported on my credit which they should have never let get that far.today I was finally paid out my settlement because I would not keep waiting on them to get the bills taken care of I’ll handle them on my own I’m looking over the documents and the firm still charged me the 40% after leaving me with accounts that went to collections and that I still have pay out of the little amount I was left with . I’m so frustrated and upset because I thought this firm would handle all of this which is why I contracted them and paid them most of the settlement amount at the end of the day they got more money than I did and I’m still having to pay the amounts to the Dr Er and imaging company out of my portion this firm is horrible and the way they never respond and follow up with clients I had to keep calling and following up

my experience wasn't pleasant, well of course the people were nice, but I was ripped gipped and stripped. I settled for 150.000 and walked out the door with less than 45,000 what a rip off for me. I get sick when I hear that commercial with that guy laughing like a hyena, its really offensive and deg...rading for black people. I spent most of my money going to their doctors, which they promised they always negotiate at a cheaper price. I was bamboozled. Next time I am going to call Ken, one call that's all!!!

If you are looking for a law firm who will fight for you THIS IS NOT THE LAW FIRM!!!!. I was foolish to think this was a great law firm just by listening to commercials and reading a few reviews. This law was very unprofessional from the people who answer the phone to the management. My calls always ...went unanswered and if you leave voicemails be prepared to still call multiple times because they never return your calls or emails for that matter. I've reached out multiple times to the office manager Candice and set many emails regarding my experience with the law office of julian sanders. This law firm is just interested in making a quick dollar. They really don't care what you the client have been through and still going through. All they care about is putting more money in there pockets. Even though you are the one who went through the trauma and pain. So please take heed and find another law firm. Because you will always come out on the shorter end of the stick. Just be prepared for them to take most of your settlement for work you can honestly do yourself . I could have sent emails and paperwork myself and keep 100% of my law suit because this is all this law does. Send email after email and the insurance company responds when they want. If you don't check up on your case they will let it sit there untouched. I will definitely tell everyone I know not to use this law firm because hiring them was the worst thing I could have done. Even after speaking to the manager many times regarding issues with my case nothing change. So please do your research and PLEASE don't listen to there commercials because they are totally false and misleading.
