I have experience issue's from day 1 with this law firm. I am so frustrated at this point I will have to find another attorney to take my case. I admit I should have done more research on this company . They have all of these commercials' advertising how great they are but that's far from the truth.... Truth is they suck. The absolute worse firm that has ever represented me. Instead of spending so much money and time on commercial advertisement you should actually spend time getting back to your clients that hired you to represent them. Not by putting rude employee's like Carlisa Hardy in contact with your clients. I have experience not 1 but 2 phone calls with rude representative that will call you and ask a million questions about the same information you have given them over and over. And for what? So they can disappear and you won't hear from them in another 3 months or so. Its like the last dissatisfied viewer stated. They make you do your own leg work with getting bills and then they will just start negotiating on your behalf with out your knowledge and without all of the evidence. This is crazy. They have a answering service that lies and tell you no one in the entire firm is available to talk to you. People please run. Don't waste your time. find a firm that cares about there clients.

This law firm is a joke please people do not waste your time. The people are all rude, unprofessional, and ineffective. They waste your time . They give you the run around and they tell you a bunch of lies to get you to commit to this firm. Yes at first they communicate and email you once you sign th...e paperwork. I can tell you it goes down hill from there. They have you running around getting your on police report, bills and anything else that’s associated with your case. They hang up on you and avoid your phone calls. You will never hear from Julian Sanders they assign your case to these incompetent paralegals or case managers as they call them. They make you feel like when you call with questions that you are being a pain in their backside. They fail to realize that they work for you. It’s not about people being impatient and not knowing anything about the process or ligation. It’s about the treatment and lies. This law firm is a joke. I pray that you take this advice and please by all means read the reviews all of them not just the good ones. Research their ratings and believe it because 4.1 compared to a 5.0 will let you know a lot. They probably write half of all the good reviews their self. People don’t believe the hype and never hire anyone based off of a radio commercial all lies. Please be aware. I fired them after months of lies and the unprofessional and ineffectiveness. I have nothing to gain by not being truthful. They will call you and try to act like they wanted to know why they were fired. I gave them a list of all the things that they did and didn’t complete. Candice Burton, Tamahi Pollock, Aisha Washington they are all ineffective . I was told after sending them a certified email that I had notarized that I needed for them to send my letter of withdrawal over to the insurance company ASAP so I can handle my own case.I was informed by them that it would have to be mailed off certified which is all lies. They can fax it but they are trying to hold up my case. Please run and don’t look back.People please be aware.Everyone with a law degree doesn’t deserve one these people are scammers please be aware they just want to lace their own pockets not yours. Only interested in themselves and making their money. I had to call The Bar Association,the Better Business Bureau , and news media. Because after terminating my contract with them they tried to hold my withdrawal letter to keep me from filing. I sent my husband to go pick up the letter and he met a gentleman that was having the same problem with this firm. People please don’t waste your time.

Although I 'originally" thought the office wasn't working as hard as they should for me.(since my case wasn't as big as others).I was proven WRONG, in my time of need Paula Ross did everything in her power to close my case as soon as possible. Paula went over & beyond to help me, & I recommend their... services to anyone in need of representation.

I was in a terrible accident and suffer back and neck injuries...i looked for a lawyer l & I saw him on google I decided to call from the scene and he coached me through everything even made sure I was out of harms way 1st. He got to a doctor and handled my case and went after the at fault insuranc...e company I couldn't work for several months. Bills had piled up. My settlement was way more than I was expecting!
