Biography
I have been a lawyer for 30 years. I have tried just about every kind of case a lawyer can try. My working philosophy - nobody walks into my office to tell me how great their day has been. Typically, my clients have been devastated physically, emotionally or financially (or some combination of the three). I see my role as not just to try their case, but also to guide them through the process. I take a lot of pride in both aspects and have had the privilege of practicing with two guys over the past 25 years who feel the same way.
