In 2005, my company purchased some (new) heavy equipment for a specific project. The equipment failed immediately, and the manufacturer would not warranty the repairs. This resulted in an almost insurmountable financial hardship. I met with numerous lawyers, that would not take my case. Pete Mackey and his co-counsel, not only took the case, but won at trial. The result was the highest jury verdict award, in that particular court, in nine years! Pete remains my attorney to this day, and I have no apprehension in recommending him to anyone.

Pete Mackey handled a business litigation issue for me a few years ago. He is a very smart, capable, hardworking and extremely professional attorney. He gave me good advice throughout the process and he was able to reach a satisfactory conclusion of the issue.
I have worked with many attorneys over my professional business career mostly for the development and/or negotiation of contracts but also for a few disputes along the way. Pete is the attorney that was the most involved by digging in to learn all of the details and then crafting strategies to move us forward step by step to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.
Richard Fuquay, Personal injury Attorney

I wholeheartedly endorse Pete. I have known him for over 25 years and have the utmost respect for him professionally and personally. We handled a complicated commercial litigation case together and he was awesome.
