Lawyer Review - Carrie Oxendine

Carrie worked very hard to assist with us with our bankruptcy filing. We successfully completed it over 2 years ago. She continues to work with us on items that have not gotten removed from our credit report and generally wants us to have this behind us. I highly recommend her as a Bankruptcy Atto...rney.

Outstanding, kind, dedicated, brilliant attorney

I came to Carrie Oxendine with a complex, horrible bankruptcy. There were so many obstacles and difficulties to overcome, but she patiently managed my case with finesse and supported me during the painful, trying twists and turns of this awful process. I cannot be happier with the dedication and at...tention that were constants from her in my case. I finally received my discharge after over 2 years of challenges and obstacles to my case. I cannot speak highly enough of her. She is a nice person and very smart; I think that anyone who deals with her will leave quite satisfied. She is beautiful on the inside and outside!

The Best

I had to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and I was fortunate to have Carrie Lee Oxendine assigned to my case. Carrie was extremely detailed and personable during my five year journey. Carrie fought for a manageable repayment plan and she was always available to respond to my questions.

Carrie Oxendine was assigned to my case. Lucky me. Carrie has been extremely thorough to explain all the processes and keep me well informed. She has done a terrific job in managing my expectations throughout the course of my case. In addition to being extremely professional, Carrie is also personall...y supportive. She took the time to understand my individual situation and to listen to my concerns. Filing can be personally traumatic. Carrie's gave me confidence that everything would turn out okay.
