It is my passion to help entrepeneurs, businesses and artists with their legal needs. I consider myself an ally to help my clients sort out tough legal problems with effective legal solutions that work.
My favorite moment is when a new client walks into my office and says, "So, I have this idea and I am not sure what to do with it." Together, we figure it out. It's my job to foresee the potential areas of challenge and design a solution to avoid the difficult expensive problems that can derail a new business or a new way of operating.

Mr. Berney is the worst
Mr. Berney showed up to trial totally unprepared. He was a total embarrassment. He never sent the subpoena out for the witnesses to show up to trial, then when he was caught he tried to blame the other side. He never listed our witnesses in discovery even though he had numerous chances to list their ...
