Expungement
I found Gray in an online search. I called to get him right in the phone and I was happy that he was available to answer my questions and assist me at no charge I'm grateful and if I need any service I'd definitely consider this young man for my service he was pleasurable and very professional.
I was glad to make time for this client, who was trying to put her life back together with an expungement of her criminal record and very motivated to understand. Please note that I cannot always make time to give advice or free consultations.

I highly recommend Gray Proctor
This is a long story. Our family contacted Gray after our 19-year-old son was convicted of burglary. Because our son had been tried as an adult at age 14, the judge had no choice in the matter - if the prosecutor requested a 15-year minimum mandatory, the judge had to give it. We went to severa...

Great Legal Advice
I called him and he gave me free legal advice for preparing my brief. He also called me back with guidance and pertinent info to include.
I do not generally offer free consultations on specific legal issues; however, if I have time on a given day I may do so.

One of the Good Guys
I recently spoke with Gray in regards to helping to file a post conviction appeal. Let me say this, Gray is an honest man, and not eager to manipulate a situation just to make money. With that being said he also spoke with upon reviewing a 3.850 that was already written. To sum it up he made some ...
Although I welcome the positive review, I do not feel it appropriate to disparage another attorney on my profile. I would remove this review if it were in my power to do so. I have no experience at all with the above-named attorney.
"Mr. Proctor is an excellent attorney who really knows what he is doing. He has a brilliant mind and responds quickly to his clients' needs."
"There is a reason why people flock to Gray when they are in trouble: he is a master with appeals and post-conviction review. With his background as a law clerk to a federal judge and a staff attorney with a federal court of appeals, Gray brings a unique perspective to matters that I would guess 99% of attorneys cannot offer. He knows what works and what doesn't. I endorse Gray."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is well published and his vast experience leading to opening his practice is quite enviable."
"I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Proctor. He is a fearless advocate and brilliant strategist. His years of practice give him the unique ability to quickly identify the complex legal issues that often arise in the appellate field."
"I've known Gray since college. He has an incredible mind and a work ethic that is unbeatable. I would be proud to have him represent me."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Proctor has been of great assistance on my civil rights and criminal matters. He is highly knowledgeable about the Post-Conviction process and has assisted me on several 1983 matters. I highly recommend him for any person needing an attorney in both state and federal courts."
