R. David Botts

I was arrested for a first offense DUI on a Saturday night in January. When I found out that I was to appear in court that Tuesday morning, I was beside myself in fear and stress. I called Mr. Botts' office on Sunday, knowing that the office would be closed, left a message, and Mr. Botts returned my ...call just a few hours later. Not only did he appear in court for me on Tuesday, but appeared for me on the two subsequent dates without me even needing to be there. Ultimately, he got my charges dropped from DUI to reckless driving with probation and community service. He was extremely professional, courteous, willing to answer any and all questions that I had, and his laid back demeanor put me at ease throughout the entire stressful process.
