R. David Botts

I was arrested for a first offense DUI on a Saturday night in January. When I found out that I was to appear in court that Tuesday morning, I was beside myself in fear and stress. Mr. Botts is an excellent lawyer, and i would reccomend him to anyone facing any kind of criminal charges. He was able to get my felony drug case dismissed completely and quickly, within 5 months of the actual charge. This was the second time he represented me, and the first time was equally positive....
