R. David Botts

I was arrested for a first offense DUI on a Saturday night in January. When I found out that I was to appear in court that Tuesday morning, I was beside myself in fear and stress. Mr. Botts is superb. He's handled both of my DUI cases and was able to get my 2nd DUI reduced to Reckless Driving. This is extremely rare, but he pulled it off.
