Biography
I am a Harvard educated criminal defense lawyer with over a decade of experience representing individuals charged with crimes. I am passionate about criminal defense. It is my privilege to represent clients and to force the government to act with strict compliance with the Constitution and the rules of criminal procedure. I will go to any length to protect my clients' rights. I fear no man, and absolutely love fighting it out in a courtroom.
Oftentimes, I discover law enforcement errors in how they handled an arrest or investigation. I discover many of these errors in the area of search and seizure. When properly litigated, Motions to Suppess can lead to cases being dismissed. I have years of experience handing search and seizure issues, and I can use my knowledge to your benefit.
Forcing the prosecution to turn over all of the evidence is another tactic which I maximize for my clients' benefit. I pride myself on knowing my clients' cases inside and out. Cases are won and lost in the details. I can devise unique strategies for defending my clientss cases because I am intimately familiar with all of the facts of the case.
I strive to remain supremely prepared for each stage of my clients' cases. I achieve this by staying in constant contact with my clients, thoroughly familiarizing myself with the facts of each case, researching the law to develope strategies, and by filing motions. If and when the case goes to trial, that is my strength. I love jury trials, and have had many successes in the courtroom, including a not-guilty in a murder trial.

Solid work, very reachable
