Best Divorce and Custody Attorney

"Recommendation" is not a powerful enough word for how I strongly endorse Nate Smith and his team. Having been through a emotionally and fear-charged divorce and custody situation, I can say his gentle demeanor belies a sharp intelligence and calmly calculated experience in these matters. My situatio...n could have gone extremely different and been a completely different case, had Nate not advised me with a thoughtful strategy as to how to approach the entire situation. By following his guidance, a messy, potentially dangerous custody scenario never even manifested. Nate understands, from his long-term experience, both the Court system and just as importantly, PEOPLE in general. Instead, in the end, we stood before the judge for literally 7 minutes before my case was completely resolved in a way that was in my favor (Hallelujah!! My son's welfare was at stake), the truth was laid out in a way that was simple, concise, factual... And as painless for me as was possible for a hurting heart. Nate and his experienced team of attorneys and paralegals handle everything methodically and carefully. I.E.: even though we only had to stand before the judge for a few minutes (because of Nate's careful planning and knowledge) nonetheless he came prepared with a file for my case of EVERYTHING I had given him. Said file was so thick it had to weigh at least 35 lbs. He is confident in his abilities, which is a comfort when you're vulnerable and going thru these things, but nonetheless is always prepared for every angle. He was prepared for ANYTHING. He has a heart for his work and for his clients. AND HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. I cannot stress enough how he walked me through this, and made a bad situation one of the most happy, relieved ones of my life... ultimately getting me full and total custody. Read that again. He successfully won my case with everything I'd petitioned. Everyone's case is different, and there's no guarantees in anything, BUT The Law Office of Nathaniel M. Smith, LLC., is the best there is at what they do, from Kathy the sweet receptionist (who's also a notary) to Nate the Lead Attorney. If you need legal counsel that is both compassionate and shrewdly knowledgeable, able to plan quietly and also fight if need be, hire Nate Smith and his team to be your Counselor for your day in court. Praise be to God and gratitude to attorneys who don't just "practice" law; but have the knowledge and legal prowess to Master it, giving their clients justice and favorable results.

Great legal advice and counsel

Very pleasant. We did a child custody modification and made the process very easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

Absolutely no good I wouldn't recommend keep your $

Nathaniel Smith failed to represent me correctly he didn't know any facts about my case i hired Candice cliatt little. and when I showed up to court Nathaniel Smith represented me. I had to show the courts my own evidence instead of him presenting to them

I don't know who this is, and I can't think of any hearing where my client presented evidence while I just stood by. That's a very odd scenario that I don't recall ever happening.

After years of my former spouse playing games that affected the relationship between my child and myself, Mr. Smith was able to not only end the games, but he was able to secure me custody of my child. Mr. Smith provided representation that was superior to anything I had encountered before. His re...tainer and fees charged were fair and reasonable.

He is the GREATEST!!!!

I love Nate! He is an awesome atty. Nate was my divorce atty in 2013. I hired him after I tried someone else and paid for the divorce I then had to hire Nate and he pretty much had to start from ground zero with me. He offers fair & reasonable prices. He always got back with me even if he was in cour...t. I refer everyone that ask me about a lawyer to him! He is very professional. His office staff are great as well. If he is in court you can call them and they will try to take care of any issues you may need. I currently keep Nate number on speed dial lol. Seriously Nate is amazing and I call him anytime I have a legal issue or legal representation. Very smart, laid back & Very knowledgeable! I would not hesitate to choose Nate!
